As a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist, Danielle is passionate about empowering individuals to create more fulfilling lives by building self-awareness, teaching effective coping skills and guiding individuals through difficult life changes. With her training in psychotherapy and innate ability to help others, Danielle creates a safe, nonjudgmental, compassionate environment that allows healing to unfold naturally. Her holistic approach to therapy encompasses mind, body and spirit. She acknowledges that the emotional, social, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves affect the way we present ourselves in this world.
Danielle’s strength lies in her ability to have an impartial perspective with the ability to actively listen and ask the right questions to help her clients gain the insight they need. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals so they can live the life they love.
Danielle enjoys working with youth, adults and couples. Her areas of focus include anxiety, grief, stress management, work-life balance, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues and career counselling.
Danielle is a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist, RP (Q), and a member of the College of Psychotherapists.
